John Lewis Christmas Moments
For the festive season of 2021, John Lewis put out an open brief which asked agencies to pitch in campaign concepts around the notion of family ‘Christmas Moments’. Our pitch at Creative Lab was to create a festive themed content series which would see two different Creator families using key John Lewis products to create their own ‘Christmas Moments’. But how we won the pitch was to make the whole content series shopable. Using the gesture ad & collection ad format, we allowed viewers to be able to purchase any John Lewis item on screen with a swipe of a finger or a tap of an icon.
